Candice holds a degree in International Economics and Trade and has 16 years of experience in foreign trade. She leads GROWSPEC's foreign trade department with strategic vision, driving operational efficiency and global growth, positioning GROWSPEC as a leader in the industry.

With over 10 years in the vertical farming industry, Jeff has travelled the world to study technologies and collaborate with experts. He’s been key in advancing GROWSPEC’s technology and is focused on positioning the company as a global leader in vertical farming, particularly in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

With a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from South China University of Technology, Abbas is multilingual in English, Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese, enabling him to effectively expand GROWSPEC’s global presence. His expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving international growth and strengthening relationships with global clients.

Eddie, from Malaysia, has 18 years of experience in brand marketing, managing markets across the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. He has a Master’s in Business Administration and has led successful brand strategies in various industries. At GROWSPEC, he oversees branding and marketing, driving the company’s growth and enhancing its global reputation.

Barry has over 30 years of experience managing high-impact projects. He excels in strategic planning, operations, and team leadership, having overseen multimillion-dollar international projects. Barry is skilled in resource allocation, stakeholder management, and compliance, ensuring GROWSPEC’s operations are efficient and client-focused.

Agronomist at GROWSPEC, has over 40 years of experience in advanced farming and plant R&D. He turned his family farm into a leading fruit business and co-owned the UK's largest hydroponic strawberry glasshouses. He later led soft fruit R&D at Total Produce plc and now advises global berry breeding programmes and farming projects across Europe, the USA, and Africa.

A farm-raised agronomist from Norfolk, UK, Jeremy holds a BSc. in Agricultural Sciences and an MSc. in Crop Physiology. He has over 30 years of experience advising on berry crop production and controlled environment agriculture worldwide. Jeremy’s expertise spans substrate culture, plant propagation, and global farming systems, specialising in virus-free mother stocks and berry breeding programmes.
