ClimBio series Climate Conditioning Units(CCU) are outdoor installation type weather-proof
packaged units with constant control of temperature,humidity, integrated with air sterilization
and filtration. ClimBio behaves well with simple installation, reliable control,significant energy
saving and easy maintenance, In application, cO2 sensors and switches can be integrated into
the air duct of ClimBio, which makes perfect for indoor farming climate and CO2 density control.
Available for Any Condition
The units have 3 working modes: instant cooling mode for cooling only in high temperature and low humidity condition(humidity indoor with growing plants will go up fast with the photosynthesis under lighting), cooling dehumidifying mode probably along with reheating in high temperature and high humidity condition, heating dehumidifying mode in low temperature and high humidity condition. According to the set points of temperature and humidity, the units set up the best energy-saving mode, by manual selection or by intelligent automatic selection, to achieve the temperature and humidity required.
Regulation of Supply Air Volume
Adopting high quality EC plug fan with 50~100% intelligent speed regulation, which comply with various application conditions.
Regulation of Reheating Capacity
PTC electric reheater could lead to accurate control of temperature and humidity
Regulation of Humidifying Capacity
High quality electrode humidifier could meet the requirement for humidification in winter, 0~10V control signal leading to accurate control.
UV Sterilization
The Air-duct system is integrated with high power UV sterilizer in both outlet duct and inlet duct(in front of filters), 99.9% of virus,fungi and bacterial will be killed in the air circulation.
High Efficient Energy Saving
The units set up the best energy-saving mode by manual selection or by intelligent automatic selection. Multiple compressors in parallel design could achieve unloading step control to effectively improve the COP of partial load. Compared with the single compressor units, the actual energy consumption could be reduced by 5% to 15% on average.
Widely Range of Application
Ambient condition for heat pump mode: T-10~25C, ambient condition for cooling mode: T5~43 ℃.
Safety & Reliability
The units have complete safety protection, including open-phase protection, phase sequence protection, high/low pressure cut,discharge temperature protection, suction temperature protection, air flow protection, etc. Excellent equipment configuration, such as multiple compressors in parallel, electronic expansion valve, frequency regulating condensing fans, ensure the stable adjustment of the overheating and over-cooling control, to achieve the stability and safety of the refrigeration system.
